This section contains the legal documents governing tattoo bookings and services provided by Taterka Ink in Prague.

Minors

Czech law does not set a single general statutory minimum age specifically for tattooing. The minor’s maturity, the nature of the intervention and the legal representative’s consent must be assessed. Age and the representative’s identity will be checked, and a separate specific consent must be signed in the studio. Taterka may refuse the procedure where consent or safety is uncertain.

Finished-tattoo photographs

Permission to photograph and publish a finished tattoo on the website, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, portfolio materials or advertising is requested separately in the studio. Every purpose and channel is optional. Refusal does not affect the service, and consent may be withdrawn for future use.
